What makes your company stand out?

We understand that clearing a property can be, for many, an upsetting and fraught time and our team works hard to quietly get the job done with as little stress to you. Our prices are very competitive and we will beat any other quotes. We do not currently charge VAT. We are house proud and will leave your property how we would like our own to be left.

What areas do you work in?

We work locally in Bromley, Beckenham and Croydon. We also cover South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. If you are just outside this area then please contact us and we will see what we can do.

How much does your clearance service cost?

We need to see the amount to be cleared before giving an accurate price as, for example, one three bedroom house may be full to the brim and another may only have a few items in each room. As a guide, prices start at…..[COMPLETE]. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time to visit and we will provide you with a no obligation quote.

No, unfortunately we are not insured to moved items from one address to another.

How much do you recycle?

Where possible we find new homes for your items including upcycling and donating to charities.
